- Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing before starting the treadmill. In case of an emergency, the safety key will stop the machine.

4. Assembly
The LIVIVOX LX-8806F Treadmill requires minimal assembly. It is largely pre-assembled for user convenience. Follow these steps to prepare your treadmill for use:
- Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface.
- Unfold the treadmill according to the instructions in Section 6.
- Ensure all bolts and connections are secure before plugging in the unit.
5. Operation
5.1 Starting the Treadmill
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the control panel and clip the other end to your clothing.
- Press the 'START' button on the control panel. The treadmill will begin with a short countdown before the belt starts moving at a low speed.
5.2 Adjusting Speed and Incline
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or handrails to adjust speed and incline.
- Speed: Press '+' to increase speed, '-' to decrease speed. The treadmill offers a range of speeds suitable for walking, jogging, and running.
- Incline: Press '+' to increase the incline percentage (up to 15%), '-' to decrease it. Adjusting the incline simulates varied terrain and increases workout intensity.

The treadmill features an automatic incline system, allowing for adjustments from 0 to 15 degrees. Lower incline levels (1-5) are suitable for flat terrain running, mid-range (6-10) for aerobic training, and higher levels (11-15) for muscle building and increased resistance.
5.3 Preset Programs
The treadmill includes 12 preset workout programs. Refer to the control panel for program selection and details. Each program automatically adjusts speed and incline over time to provide a structured workout.
5.4 Bluetooth Connectivity
To connect your device via Bluetooth:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Search for available devices and select 'LIVIVOX Treadmill' (or similar name).
- Once connected, you can stream audio through the treadmill's speakers.
6. Folding and Storage
The treadmill features a foldable design for convenient storage and mobility.
6.1 Folding the Treadmill:
- Ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged.
- Grasp the rear of the running deck and lift it upwards until it locks into the vertical position.

When folded, the treadmill has approximate dimensions of 47.4 inches (height) x 26.8 inches (width) x 25.9 inches (depth), allowing for space-saving storage.
6.2 Moving the Treadmill:
Once folded, the integrated transport wheels allow for easy relocation.
- With the treadmill in the folded position, gently tilt it back onto its transport wheels.
- Carefully push or pull the treadmill to its desired storage location.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning:
- Wipe down the treadmill surfaces with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
7.2 Lubrication:
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Lubricant is included with your treadmill.
- Unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the running belt tension bolts slightly to lift the belt.
- Apply a small amount of the provided silicone lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the belt tension bolts and run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
- Lubricate every 3-6 months depending on usage.
