1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Package Contents

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed below are present. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

1.2 Monitor Assembly (Stand Attachment)

If your monitor stand was purchased separately, follow the instructions provided with the stand for assembly. Typically, the stand base attaches to the stand arm, which then connects to the VESA mounting points on the rear of the monitor. Ensure all screws are securely fastened.

1.3 Connecting to Your Devices

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning the Monitor

4.2 No Signal

• Check that the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C) is securely connected to both the monitor and your source device (PC, console).
• Ensure the source device is powered on and outputting a signal.
• Use the OSD menu to manually select the correct input source.
• Try a different video cable or port on both the monitor and the source device.

4.3 Image Flickering or Distortion

• Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
• Check the display resolution and refresh rate settings on your computer. Ensure they are within the monitor's supported specifications.
