• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off.
• Volume Down / Previous Track Button: Short press for volume down, long press for previous track.
• Play/Pause / Answer/Reject Call Button: Short press to play/pause music or answer/end calls. Long press to reject calls.
• Volume Up / Next Track Button: Short press for volume up, long press for next track.
• TWS Pairing Button: Press to initiate True Wireless Stereo pairing with another R5 speaker.

Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your Raymate R5 speaker. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power on the speaker by pressing and holding the Power button. You will hear an audible prompt indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Raymate R5" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone. The speaker is now ready for audio playback.

TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing

To achieve a true stereo sound experience, you can pair two Raymate R5 speakers together:

1. Ensure both R5 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth devices.
2. On one of the speakers, press the TWS Pairing button. You will hear a prompt indicating it's searching for another speaker.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A confirmation tone will sound once TWS pairing is successful.
4. Now, connect your mobile device to one of the paired R5 speakers via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section. Audio will now play in stereo across both speakers.

Operating Instructions

Audio Playback

• Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button.
• Volume Adjustment: Short press the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons.
• Next/Previous Track: Long press the Volume Up (+) button for the next track, and long press the Volume Down (-) button for the previous track.

Hands-Free Calling

When connected to your phone via Bluetooth, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls.

• Answer/End Call: Short press the Play/Pause button.
• Reject Call: Long press the Play/Pause button.

AUX Mode

Connect a device directly to the speaker using the 3.5mm AUX cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. Volume and track control may need to be managed from the connected device in this mode.

Waterproof Features (IPX7)

The Raymate R5 speaker boasts an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter (3 feet) for up to 30 minutes. This makes it ideal for use in various environments, including:

• Bathroom
• Outdoor activities (hiking, camping, biking)

Important: Ensure the rubber flap covering the charging and AUX ports is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water to maintain its waterproof integrity.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the speaker at least once every three months if not in regular use.
