1. Introduction

The AiXun T380 Portable Smart Soldering Station is an advanced and efficient tool designed for precision soldering. It features a built-in neural network temperature control algorithm for rapid heating, achieving tin melting in just one second. With an 80W rated power, it is suitable for various maintenance tasks. The station supports both T210 and T115 handles and includes an adjustable sleep stand for convenience. 4. Setup

1. Connect the Handle: Insert either the T210 or T115 handle into the designated port on the soldering station. Ensure it is securely connected.
2. Install Soldering Tip: Select the appropriate soldering tip (C210 or C115 series) and carefully insert it into the end of the soldering handle. Ensure it is fully seated.
3. Connect Power: Connect the charger to the soldering station's power input port, then plug the charger into a standard AC 110V-230V power outlet.
4. Adjust Sleep Stand: The sleep stand can be adjusted to various angles to suit your working preference and to safely hold the soldering iron when not in active use.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once connected to power, the station will automatically power on. The display will show the current temperature and settings.
2. Temperature Adjustment: Use the control knob or buttons on the station to set your desired soldering temperature. The temperature range is 100°C to 450°C. The neural network algorithm ensures rapid heating to the set temperature.
3. Rapid Heating: The station is designed to heat up and melt tin in approximately one second due to its advanced temperature control algorithm.
4. Sleep Mode: When the soldering iron is placed in the sleep stand, the station will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve energy and prolong tip life. It will quickly resume full temperature when the iron is picked up.
5. Tip Cleaning: Regularly clean the soldering tip using the included sponge or brass wool to remove excess solder and oxidation. This ensures optimal performance and extends tip lifespan.
6. Software Upgrade (OTA/USB): The T380 supports software upgrades to keep its features up-to-date. This can be done via Wi-Fi (OTA) or by connecting the station to a computer using the provided data cable. Refer to the AiXun website for the latest software and upgrade instructions.

6. Maintenance

• Tip Care: Always tin the soldering tip before storing it to prevent oxidation. Replace tips when they become excessively worn or corroded.
• Cleaning the Station: Wipe down the exterior of the soldering station with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Sponge/Brass Wool: Keep the cleaning sponge damp (not soaking wet) or replace the brass wool periodically to ensure effective tip cleaning.

7. Troubleshooting

• Station Not Powering On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the station and a working power outlet. Check the power outlet with another device.
• Iron Not Heating: Verify that the soldering handle and tip are correctly installed. Check the temperature setting on the display. If the issue persists, the tip or handle may need replacement.
• Temperature Display Issues: If the temperature display is erratic or incorrect, ensure the tip is fully seated and clean. If the problem continues, contact support.
• Unable to Change Temperature Unit (e.g., to Fahrenheit): Some firmware versions may have limitations. Ensure your device has the latest firmware update. If the issue persists after updating, it may be a known software limitation.
