Important Safeguards

Assembly & Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your Eureka NEU801BL OmniVerse vacuum cleaner:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure all included components are present: main vacuum body, handle, hose, crevice tool, dusting brush, motorized pet & stair tool, and user manual.
2. Attach Handle: Insert the handle into the top of the main vacuum body until it clicks securely into place.
3. Connect Hose: Attach the flexible hose to the designated port on the main vacuum body. Ensure it is twisted securely to prevent loss of suction.
4. Store Accessories: Attach the crevice tool and dusting brush to the on-board storage clips on the vacuum for easy access during cleaning.
5. Power Cord Management: Wrap the 30-foot power cord around the cord hooks for neat storage.

QuickShift Technology

The unique QuickShift Technology allows you to seamlessly transition between different cleaning modes. Simply press the 'Lift Off' button on the canister to adjust its position, enabling easy cleaning under furniture, in tight corners, and on stairs without hitting the canister.

Floor Mode Selection

Emptying the Dust Cup

The large 1.3-liter dust cup should be emptied regularly, especially when debris reaches the 'Max' fill line. To empty, detach the dust cup from the main unit and press the release button to open the bottom flap over a trash receptacle.

Cleaning Filters

The HEPA Complete Seal Filtration system includes washable filters. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on how often to clean and replace the filters to maintain 99.9% dust and dander capture efficiency.
