1. Important Safety Information

Read all instructions carefully before assembling and using the stroller. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury to your child.

  • Always use the 5-point safety harness to secure your child.
  • Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
  • Ensure the stroller is fully open and locked before placing a child in it.
  • Engage the brakes whenever the stroller is stationary.
  • Do not overload the storage basket or hang bags on the handle, as this can cause the stroller to tip.
  • The maximum weight recommendation for this stroller is 45 lbs (20.4 kg).
  • This stroller is suitable for children aged 7-18 months.
  • Keep children clear of moving parts during folding and unfolding.

The BIUSIKAN stroller meets or exceeds the highest safety standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the American Society for Testing and Materials.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before assembly:

3. Assembly Instructions

3.1 Unfolding the Stroller

  1. Place the folded stroller on a flat surface.
  2. Release the folding latch, usually located on the side of the frame.
  3. Lift the handle upwards until the frame clicks into its fully open and locked position. Verify that all locking mechanisms are engaged.

3.2 Attaching the Wheels

The wheels may come pre-attached or require simple insertion. If not attached:

  1. Align the wheel axle with the corresponding slot on the stroller frame.
  2. Push firmly until you hear a click, indicating the wheel is securely locked.
  3. Repeat for all four wheels. Pull on each wheel to ensure it is properly secured.

3.3 Installing Accessories

  • Snack Tray: Attach the snack tray to the designated slots on the front of the seat. Ensure it clicks into place.
  • Footmuff (Warm Cover): Secure the footmuff over the footrest and around the seat using the provided fasteners or straps.
  • Rain Cover: Drape the rain cover over the canopy and seat, securing it with the elastic edges or ties to protect your child from rain.
  • Cup Holder: Clip the cup holder onto the side of the handlebar.

4. Operating the Stroller

4.1 Adjusting the Seat Recline

The stroller features a flexible seat angle for sitting, lying, and reclining positions.

  1. Locate the recline adjustment mechanism, typically a strap or lever at the back of the seat.
  2. Adjust the strap or lever to achieve the desired recline angle. Ensure the seat is securely locked in the chosen position.

4.2 Reversing the Seat Direction (Two-Way Push)

The stroller allows your child to face forward or face you.

  1. Ensure the child is removed from the stroller before reversing the seat.
  2. Locate the release buttons or levers on both sides of the seat unit.
  3. Press the buttons/levers and lift the seat unit off the frame.
  4. Rotate the seat unit 180 degrees and reattach it to the frame until it clicks securely into place in the desired direction.

4.3 Using the 5-Point Safety Harness

The 5-point harness ensures your child's safety.

  1. Place your child in the seat.
  2. Bring the shoulder straps over your child's shoulders and the waist straps around their waist.
  3. Insert the buckle tongues into the central buckle until they click.
  4. Adjust the straps for a snug fit, ensuring they are not too tight or too loose. The harness features adjustable height for optimal fit.
  5. To release, press the button on the central buckle.

4.4 Braking System

The stroller is equipped with independent brakes on the front and rear wheels for maximum safety.

  • Rear Brakes: Engage the foot-operated brake lever located near the rear wheels. Press down firmly until the stroller is stationary.
  • Front Brakes: The front wheels have a separate braking system for one-way locking, useful for navigating rough terrain. Engage the front wheel locks as needed.
  • Always ensure brakes are fully engaged when the stroller is not in motion.

4.5 Adjusting the Canopy

The adjustable UPF 50+ sunshade protects your child from the sun.

  1. Extend or retract the canopy by pushing or pulling its front edge.
  2. Utilize the two viewing windows on the canopy to maintain airflow and observe your child.

4.6 Folding the Stroller

The stroller is designed to be lightweight and foldable for easy transport and storage.

  1. Ensure the seat is in an upright position and the canopy is fully retracted.
  2. Locate the folding mechanism, typically a button or lever on the handlebar or frame.
  3. Follow the specific folding steps for your model, usually involving pressing a button and pushing the handlebar forward or down until the stroller collapses.
  4. Engage the folding latch to keep the stroller securely folded.
  5. Place the folded stroller into the included travel bag for convenient carrying or storage.

5. Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning Fabric Parts: The fabric parts of the stroller should be hand washed only. Use mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
  • Cleaning Frame: Wipe the stroller frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly.
  • Wheel Maintenance: Regularly check wheels for debris and clean as necessary. Lubricate moving parts with a silicone-based lubricant if they become stiff.
  • Storage: Store the stroller in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Use the travel bag for protection during transport or long-term storage.
  • Inspections: Periodically check all fasteners, rivets, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are secure and in good working order. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately.

6. Troubleshooting
