5.1. Charging the Battery

  3. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not supplied).
  4. The charging indicator lights on the handle will illuminate to show charging status. Allow sufficient time for a full charge.

5.2. Blade Installation

  1. Ensure the electric knife is turned off and the charging cable is disconnected.
  2. Carefully hold the desired blade set by the plastic guard.
  3. Align the blade tangs with the slots in the knife handle.
  4. Insert the blades firmly until they click into place. Ensure they are securely locked before use.
  5. To remove blades, press the blade release button (if present, otherwise pull firmly while holding the plastic guard) and carefully pull the blades straight out.

Follow these steps for effective and safe operation:

  1. Prepare Food: Place the food item (e.g., roasted meat, bread loaf) on a stable cutting surface. Use the carving fork to secure the food if necessary.
  2. Activate Knife: With blades securely installed, press and hold the power button on the handle to activate the knife. The LED work light will illuminate.
  3. Cutting Technique: Guide the vibrating blades through the food with gentle pressure. Allow the knife to do the work; do not force it. For best results, use a sawing motion for tougher items.
  4. Even Slices: The design of the knife helps achieve even and precise slices. Maintain a consistent angle for uniform thickness.
  5. Deactivate Knife: Release the power button to turn off the knife.
  6. Cool Down: For extended cutting tasks, allow the knife to cool down periodically to prevent overheating.
