Setup Instructions

  1. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all stainless steel components (basin, tray) and the filter housing thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse well.
  2. Install Filter: Place one filter cartridge into the filter housing. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  3. Assemble Pump: Connect the water pump to the filter housing. Place the assembled pump and filter unit into the designated area within the stainless steel basin.
  4. Position Spout: Attach the water spout/tower to the pump outlet.
  5. Place Drinking Tray: Position the stainless steel drinking tray on top of the basin, ensuring it aligns properly and covers the pump and filter.
  6. Fill with Water: Fill the basin with clean water up to the MAX line indicated on the side. Do not overfill. The fountain has a 54 oz emergency water storage capacity.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. Ensure the power cord is routed safely and not accessible for pets to chew.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain hygiene and prolong the life of your fountain. The SUS304 food-grade stainless steel construction helps prevent odor buildup and is easy to clean.

  • Daily: Check water level and refill as needed.

Filter Replacement

Troubleshooting
