Product Overview
The RAINPOINT Irrigation Computer WLAN is designed to automate and optimize your garden watering. With two independent outputs, it allows for tailored irrigation across different garden zones. Control is made easy through a dedicated mobile application and voice commands via Alexa or Google Assistant, providing flexibility whether you are at home or away.
This device features a durable brass inlet to prevent leaks and a built-in metal filter for longevity. It supports various watering modes, including scheduled irrigation and interval watering, along with a rain delay function to conserve water during rainy periods.

Setup
Before initial use, please read these instructions carefully. The product requires 4 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included).
Initial Activation and Valve Test
- Install 4 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries into the timer.
- Screw the timer onto your garden faucet by hand, ensuring a secure fit. Keep the faucet turned off.
- Press the left timer button. You will hear a "click" as the left valve opens for manual watering. After a few seconds, press the left timer button again; another "click" will sound, and the left timer valve will close.
- Repeat step 3 for the right timer button to open and close the right valve.
- Perform steps 3 and 4 for 3 to 5 times for each valve.
- Test: Turn on the faucet slightly, then repeat steps 3 and 4 to confirm water flows out and shuts off as expected. If the valves activate successfully, the timer is ready for use. If not, repeat steps 3-4 several times or contact support.

App and Smart Hub Setup
- Download the RainPoint Smart+ app from your device's app store.
- Create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Plug the Smart Hub into an electrical outlet.
- In the app, follow the prompts to associate the Smart Hub via 2.4 GHz WiFi.
- Once the Smart Hub is connected, the app will guide you to connect the irrigation timer to the hub.
- Physically install the timer to your garden faucet and connect your irrigation hoses to the two outputs.

Operating Instructions
Programming Watering Schedules
The irrigation computer offers 2 outputs and supports up to 12 individual programs. Each valve can be programmed separately with up to six different watering schedules.
- Watering Mode: The timer automatically waters according to your set schedule.
- Interval Mode: The timer performs watering with specified intervals between cycles.
These modes allow for flexible watering times and frequencies to suit various plant needs.

Rain Delay Function
Stay informed about local weather conditions via the app. Activate the rain delay mode to pause your watering schedule for 24, 48, or 72 hours, conserving water during rainy periods.

Manual Watering
For immediate watering needs, you can activate manual mode via the app or directly on the valve unit. Manual watering can be set from 1 minute to 12 hours without affecting your pre-set schedules.

Remote and Voice Control
Manage your watering plan from anywhere using the RainPoint Smart+ app. The system is also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice control.

Scalable Irrigation System
To expand your watering coverage, you can add multiple watering controls to a single Smart Hub. For optimal system stability, it is recommended not to connect more than 4 irrigation computers per Smart Hub. The app also allows you to add family members for shared control.

Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: The app and the hose timer will provide warnings when the batteries are low, reminding you to replace them. Ensure to use 4 new AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.
- Filter Cleaning: The irrigation computer features a built-in metal filter to prevent blockages. Periodically inspect and clean this filter to ensure optimal water flow and prevent debris from entering the system.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with the timer valves not activating correctly after following the initial setup steps, please repeat the valve activation procedure (steps 3-4 in the Setup section) several times. If the problem persists, contact customer support for assistance.
