4. Assembly and Setup

4.1. Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Ensure the saw is switched off and the safety switch is engaged.
  2. Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the saw handle.
  3. Slide the battery pack firmly into place until it clicks, indicating it is securely locked.
  4. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.
  5. To charge the battery, connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery pack into the charger. Follow the charger's indicator lights for charging status.

4.2. Chain Tensioning

4.3. Chain Lubrication

5. Operation

5.1. Starting and Stopping the Saw

  1. Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed.
  2. Hold the saw firmly with both hands, maintaining a balanced stance.
  3. Press the safety switch (if applicable) and then the trigger to start the saw.
  4. Release the trigger to stop the saw.

5.2. Cutting Techniques

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1. Cleaning

After each use, clean the saw thoroughly. Remove sawdust, debris, and resin from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing. Use a soft brush or compressed air. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Chain Oil Refilling

Regularly check the chain oil level and refill as needed. Use only recommended chain lubricant. The automatic lubrication system requires a consistent supply of oil to function correctly.

6.3. Battery Care

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods. Charge them periodically to maintain battery health.
