6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your appliance, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power switch off; parts not assembled correctly. | Ensure plug is securely in outlet; turn power switch to "ON"; check assembly and ensure all parts are locked into place. |
| Motor stalls or stops during operation. | Overload (too much food or hard ingredients); food stuck in auger/blade. | Turn off and unplug. Use the "REV" (Reverse) function to clear blockages. If persistent, disassemble and clear manually. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. |
| Low juice yield or wet pulp. | Ingredients too soft/watery; sieve clogged; improper assembly. | Ensure ingredients are firm enough for juicing. Clean the sieve thoroughly. Reassemble the juicer correctly, ensuring the end cap is tightly secured. |
| Juice/liquid leaks from the back or sides. | Parts not properly sealed; excessive liquid buildup due to clogging. | Disassemble and reassemble, ensuring all parts (especially the juicing head and end cap) are securely locked. Clear any blockages. |
| Grating blades not cutting effectively. | Incorrect blade selected; blade dull or damaged; food not properly fed. | Ensure the correct blade is used for the desired cut. Check blade for damage. Feed food steadily and use the pusher. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact Parmedu customer support.
