3. Setup

Installing your Mobifice keyboard skin is a simple process:

1. Clean Your Keyboard: Ensure your K101B keyboard surface is clean and free of dust or debris before placing the skin.
2. Align the Skin: Carefully unroll the keyboard skin and align it with the top-left corner of your keyboard.
3. Lay Flat: Gently lay the skin flat over the entire keyboard, ensuring each key cap is properly covered and the skin sits flush with the keyboard surface.
4. Smooth Out: Lightly press down on the skin to remove any air bubbles or wrinkles, ensuring a perfect fit.

The skin is designed to fit precisely, so no adhesives are required. It will stay in place due to its custom fit and material properties.

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed, the Mobifice K101B Compact-size Keyboard Skin operates passively, providing continuous protection. You can type normally with the skin in place. The thin silicone material is designed to not significantly impede typing feel or responsiveness.

• Typing: Continue to use your keyboard as usual. The skin is thin enough to maintain a comfortable typing experience.
• Visibility: The transparent design ensures that all key legends and any keyboard backlighting remain clearly visible.
• Protection: The primary function is to protect your keyboard from dust, spills, and general wear. In case of a spill, the skin acts as a barrier, preventing liquid from reaching the internal components of your keyboard.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and cleanliness of your keyboard skin, follow these simple maintenance steps:

• Regular Cleaning: Periodically remove the skin from your keyboard.
• Washing: Wash the skin with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the silicone material.
• Drying: Allow the skin to air dry completely before placing it back on your keyboard. Do not use heat sources like hair dryers, as this may deform the material.
• Storage: When not in use, store the skin flat or gently rolled to prevent creases.
