  • Assemble the stools on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  • Do not overtighten screws during assembly, as this may damage the components.
  • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
  • The maximum weight capacity for each stool is 150 kg (330 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.
  • Regularly check all fasteners to ensure they remain tight.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your EUGAD Bar Stool. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage. Identify each component using the parts list in Section 2.
  2. Attach Leg Frame to Seat: Align the top of the Metal Leg Frame (B) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Padded Seat (A). Secure with the provided screws and washers (D). Hand-tighten initially.
  3. Install Footrest Bar: Insert the Footrest Bar (C) into the designated slots on the Metal Leg Frame (B). Ensure it is properly seated and secure it with the remaining screws (D). Hand-tighten initially.
  4. Final Tightening: Once all components are loosely assembled, place the stool upright on a level surface. Apply gentle pressure to ensure it is stable, then fully tighten all screws using the Allen key (D). Do not overtighten.
  5. Check Stability: Before use, gently rock the stool to ensure all connections are secure and the stool is stable. If any wobbling occurs, re-check all screws.

  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs) per stool.

5. Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your EUGAD Bar Stools.

  • Cleaning Velvet Upholstery: For general cleaning, gently vacuum the velvet fabric using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub. For stubborn stains, use a mild upholstery cleaner following the product instructions, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
  • Cleaning Metal Legs: Wipe metal legs with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
  • Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Retighten as necessary.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the velvet fabric to fade. Position stools away from direct sunlight when possible.
  • Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep sharp objects away from the velvet upholstery to prevent tears or snags.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your bar stools, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

  • Stool is Wobbly:
Solution: Ensure all screws are fully tightened. If the issue persists, loosen all screws slightly, sit on the stool to settle the components, then retighten all screws evenly. Check that the floor surface is level.
  • Screws Loosen Over Time:
Solution: This is normal with furniture use. Regularly check and retighten all screws every few months to maintain stability.
  • Scratches on Floor:
Solution: Ensure the anti-slip foot pads are properly attached and intact. Replace worn pads if necessary. Avoid dragging the stools; lift them when moving.
