4. Setup and Installation

Important: Professional installation is recommended for RO storage tank applications. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. This tank is designed for under-sink installation.

4.1 Pre-Installation Check

• Inspect the tank for any visible damage.
• Verify the factory pre-charge pressure. The tank is pre-charged to approximately 6.5 psi. While the sealed air valve minimizes the need for checks, it's good practice to confirm.

6. After the tank is full, flush the system by opening the RO faucet and allowing the tank to drain completely. Close the faucet and allow the tank to refill. This process helps to flush out any manufacturing residues.

5. Operation

The Neo-Pure ROT-3.2E storage tank operates automatically as part of your Reverse Osmosis system. When the RO system produces purified water, it flows into the tank, compressing the air bladder. When you open your RO faucet, the compressed air pushes the stored water out of the tank and through the faucet.

The tank has a holding volume of approximately 2 gallons at 40 PSI, despite its total volume of 3.2 gallons. This difference is due to the internal air bladder and operational pressure requirements of RO systems.

• Low Water Pressure from Faucet:
