2. Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

4. Product Overview

The MOKKOM CG020 is an advanced coffee grinder designed for precision and convenience. It features a removable coffee scale, anti-static technology, 31 precise grind settings, and durable conical burrs. The intuitive LCD display allows for easy selection of grind time, cup number, or weight (OZ/g).
5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the coffee bean hopper, ground coffee container, and removable burrs with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before assembly.
- Assemble Hopper: Place the clean coffee bean hopper onto the top of the grinder unit. Ensure it is securely locked in place by rotating it clockwise until it clicks.
- Insert Burrs: Ensure the conical burrs are correctly seated within the grinding chamber. The upper burr should be placed on top of the lower burr and rotated to lock.
- Position Scale: Place the removable coffee scale onto the base of the grinder. The scale will automatically pair with the grinder when both are powered on.

- Add Coffee Beans: Open the hopper lid and pour fresh, whole coffee beans into the hopper. Close the lid securely.

- For Portafilter Direct Grinding: Insert the appropriate portafilter cradle into the grinder's dispensing area. Place your portafilter into the cradle. The grinder will activate when the portafilter presses the powder switch.
