5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

The Neoteck MT35 is equipped with a rechargeable 1200mAh Lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the Type-C port on the side of the meter.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. The battery indicator on the LCD will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 10 hours of continuous use.

5.2 Attaching the Pin Probe

For precise, deep measurements, attach the pin-type probe.

  1. Locate the Type-C port on the bottom of the meter.
  2. Insert the Type-C connector of the pin-type probe into this port.
  3. Ensure the connection is secure. The device will automatically switch to pin-type mode once the probe is connected.

  3. Press SET again to confirm your selection.
