- Storage: Store the mixer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the mixer to strong impacts.
- Power Off: Always power off the mixer and disconnect it from the power source when not in use for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power cable not connected; faulty power adapter; no power from outlet. | Ensure USB power cable is securely connected. Try a different USB power adapter or outlet. |
| No sound output | Volume knobs (channel, main, phone) turned down; incorrect input/output connections; faulty cables. | Check all volume controls. Verify all cables are correctly connected to inputs and outputs. Test with different cables. |
| Microphone not working | Incorrect connection; 48V phantom power not engaged (for condenser mics); gain too low. | Ensure microphone is connected to an XLR input. Activate +48V for condenser microphones. Increase GAIN. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Mixer not in Bluetooth mode; device too far; interference. | Ensure mixer is in Bluetooth mode. Move device closer to mixer. Restart both devices. |
| Distorted audio | Input gain too high; output level too high; PAD not engaged for hot signals. | Reduce GAIN on input channels. Lower main output volume. Engage PAD for high-level inputs. |
