5. Setup and Installation
The N911 Solar Alarm Light features a wireless design for easy installation. It is suitable for wall mounting in various outdoor locations such as construction sites, communities, orchards, farms, and factories.
5.1 Choosing an Installation Location
- Select a location where the solar panel can receive direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily to ensure optimal charging.
- Position the device to cover the desired detection area with its 110-degree induction angle.
- Ensure the location is clear of obstructions that might block the PIR sensor's view or the solar panel's exposure to sunlight.
5.2 Mounting the Device
- Mark the desired drilling points on the wall using the alarm light as a template.
- Drill holes at the marked positions.
- Insert the provided wall plugs into the drilled holes.
- Align the alarm light with the holes and secure it using the provided screws.

6. Operating Instructions
The N911 Solar Alarm Light offers two primary operating modes:
- Daytime Mode (24-hour induction sound and light alarm): In this mode, the device will activate its sound and light alarm whenever motion is detected, regardless of ambient light conditions. This is suitable for areas requiring constant vigilance.
- Night Mode (No induction during daytime, sound and light alarm for dark induction): In this mode, the device will only activate its sound and light alarm when motion is detected during periods of low light or darkness. It remains inactive during daylight hours, conserving battery.
Refer to the switch on the device to select the desired operating mode. Once a mode is selected, the device will automatically begin operation after initial charging.

7. Maintenance
To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your N911 Solar Alarm Light, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly clean the solar panel surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures efficient solar charging.
- PIR Sensor Check: Ensure the PIR sensor lens is clear and free from obstructions (e.g., spiderwebs, leaves) that could interfere with motion detection.
- Waterproof Integrity: While the device has an IP65 waterproof rating, avoid submerging it in water. Periodically check for any visible damage to the casing that might compromise its waterproof seal.
- Battery Life: The internal lithium battery is designed for long-term use. If the device's performance significantly degrades over time, ensure it is receiving adequate sunlight for charging.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your N911 Solar Alarm Light, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device not charging: Ensure the solar panel is clean and exposed to direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily. Check for any shadows or obstructions.
- Alarm not activating: Verify that the device is in the correct operating mode (Daytime or Night Mode). Ensure the PIR sensor is clean and unobstructed. Test the sensing distance and angle.
- Alarm too quiet or lights dim: This may indicate a low battery. Allow the device to charge fully in direct sunlight.
- False alarms: Check if the device is positioned too close to moving objects (e.g., tree branches, large animals) or heat sources that might trigger the PIR sensor. Adjust the mounting angle or location if necessary.
If problems persist after following these steps, please contact customer support.
