1. What's in the Box

The QCY AilyBuds PRO+ package includes all necessary components to get started with your new wireless earbuds.

2. Setup

2.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.

• Earbuds offer approximately 5 hours of listening time on a single charge (ANC off).
• The charging case extends total listening time to about 28 hours (ANC off).

2.2 Initial Pairing

1. Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.

4. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your QCY AilyBuds PRO+ earbuds, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Avoid Moisture: While the earbuds are IPX5 waterproof (resistant to splashes and sweat), avoid submerging them in water. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this can affect battery life and overall performance.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your QCY AilyBuds PRO+, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode (open case lid).
  • Check if the earbuds and case have sufficient battery.
  • Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device.
  • Perform a "One-Touch Pairing": Place earbuds in the case, open the lid, and long-press the charging case button for 3 seconds until LEDs blink red once. Then try pairing again.
• No sound or low volume:
  • Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
  • Verify that the earbuds are connected to the correct device.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) not effective:
  • Ensure the earbuds are worn correctly and create a good seal in your ear canal. Use the QCY App's "wearing effect" test to check fit.
  • Toggle ANC off and on again by long-pressing the right earbud.
  • Ensure the earbud firmware is updated via the QCY App.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
  • Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Factory Reset: If issues persist, a factory reset can resolve many problems.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
  • Long-press the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LEDs blink red 5 times. This will clear all connectivity records.
  • After the reset, re-pair the earbuds with your device as described in section 2.2.
