It features three adjustable temperature settings to suit your preference, offering relief from cold and aiding in muscle relaxation. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: This product contains a heating element. Use with caution and follow all instructions in this manual to prevent injury or damage.

  • Always ensure the power bank is turned off after each use to conserve battery and prevent accidental activation.
  • Do not use the cushion if it appears damaged, frayed, or if the heating element is exposed.
  • Avoid folding or creasing the cushion sharply while it is operating, as this may damage the internal heating elements.
  • Do not immerse the cushion or power bank in water.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

4. Setup

Before first use, ensure the power bank is fully charged.

  1. Locate the integrated USB cable inside the cushion.
  2. Connect the USB cable from the cushion to the power bank.
  3. Turn on the power bank. The indicator lights on the power bank should illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your Silvergear Heated Cushion:

  1. Connect Power: Ensure the power bank is connected to the cushion's USB cable and the power bank is turned on (as per Setup instructions).
  2. Turn On: Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the cushion for approximately 3 seconds. The cushion will activate at the lowest temperature setting, indicated by a red light.
  3. Adjust Temperature: Press the ON/OFF button briefly to cycle through the temperature settings:
    • Red Light: Low (30°C)
    • Blue Light: Medium (35°C)
    • Green Light: High (40°C)
  4. Turn Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds until the light on the cushion turns off.
  5. Important: After turning off the cushion, remember to also turn off the power bank to prevent battery drain.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Cushion Cover

The cushion cover is designed to be easily removable and washable.

  • Before cleaning, ensure the power bank is disconnected and turned off.
  • Carefully remove the cushion cover.
  • Wash the cover according to the care label instructions (typically hand wash or gentle machine wash with cold water).
  • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
  • Allow the cover to air dry completely before reattaching it to the cushion.

6.2 Battery Care

  • Charge the power bank regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

When not in use, store the cushion in a clean, dry place. Ensure the power bank is disconnected and turned off.
