  • Always fasten the chin strap securely.
  • Ensure the helmet does not obstruct your vision or hearing.
  • Replace your helmet immediately after any impact, even if visible damage is not apparent. The helmet's protective capabilities may be compromised.
  • Do not modify the helmet or its components.
  • Avoid exposing the helmet to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals, as this can damage the materials.

The helmet's Double Inmould technology and high-density EPS foam liner are designed to absorb impact energy effectively.

4. Setup and Adjustment

4.1 Measuring Head Circumference

Before first use, measure your head circumference to ensure you have the correct helmet size. Use a flexible tape measure and wrap it around your head approximately 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) above your ears and eyebrows. The recommended head circumference for this helmet (Size L) is 57-61cm.

4.2 Adjusting the Fit

The helmet features an adjustable dial at the rear for a customized fit:

  • Place the helmet on your head.
  • Turn the dial clockwise to tighten the fit until the helmet feels snug but comfortable, without causing pressure points.
  • Turn the dial counter-clockwise to loosen the fit.

4.3 Adjusting Chin Straps

Adjust the chin straps so that they form a 'V' shape under your ears. The buckle should be centered under your chin. Tighten the strap so that the helmet does not move excessively when you shake your head, but still allows for comfortable breathing.

4.4 Attaching/Removing the Visor

The helmet is equipped with a removable visor. To remove or attach the visor, gently pull or push it into its designated slots on the helmet. No tools are required for this process.

5. Operating Instructions

Once adjusted, ensure the helmet sits level on your head, covering your forehead. It should not tilt backward or forward. The helmet should not move more than an inch in any direction when pushed. The chin strap should be snug enough that you cannot pull the helmet off your head when the strap is fastened.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

The helmet's inner lining is removable and washable. Gently remove the lining and wash it by hand with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. For the outer shell, wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2 Storage

Store the helmet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store it near heat sources or in a vehicle on a hot day, as this can damage the helmet materials.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Helmet feels loose: Re-adjust the rear dial and chin straps until a snug fit is achieved. Refer to Section 4.2 and 4.3.
  • Discomfort or pressure points: Ensure the helmet is positioned correctly on your head. Check if the internal padding is evenly distributed.
  • Visor not secure: Ensure the visor is properly aligned and pushed firmly into its attachment points.
