Setup
1. Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your Soundcore Q20i headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and to a power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 40 hours of playtime with ANC on, or 60 hours in normal mode.
- A quick 5-minute charge can provide approximately 4 hours of playtime.
2. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to power the headphones on or off.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Q20i" in the list of available devices.
- Select "Soundcore Q20i" to connect. The LED indicator will turn solid blue once connected.
4. Dual-Connections
The Soundcore Q20i supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
- Connect the headphones to the first device as described above.
- Disconnect Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones will re-enter pairing mode.
- Connect the headphones to the second device.
- Reconnect Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones will now be connected to both devices.
