Cooking Process:
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the stoneware pot. Do not overfill; ensure there is space between the food and the lid.
- Select Setting: Plug the slow cooker into a 110V AC electrical outlet. Turn the control dial to your desired setting:
LOW: For slow, gentle cooking over a longer period (typically 6-8 hours).
HIGH: For faster cooking (typically 3-4 hours).
WARM: To keep cooked food at a serving temperature. Do not use the WARM setting for cooking raw food. - Cooking: Place the lid securely on the pot. Avoid lifting the lid frequently during cooking, as this releases heat and extends cooking time.
- Serving: Once cooking is complete, turn the dial to the WARM setting or OFF. Use oven mitts when handling the hot stoneware pot.
- Unplug: Always unplug the slow cooker from the outlet when cooking is finished and before cleaning.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not functioning. | Ensure the unit is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check household circuit breaker. |
| Food is not cooking properly. | Incorrect heat setting; lid not sealed; insufficient cooking time. | Verify the correct heat setting (LOW or HIGH) is selected. Ensure the lid is properly seated. Allow adequate cooking time as per recipe. Avoid lifting the lid frequently. |
| Food is burning or overcooked. | Too high heat setting; too long cooking time. | Reduce heat setting or cooking time. Use the WARM setting only for keeping food warm, not for cooking. |
