Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Setup

Before First Use:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.
2. Clean Components: Wash the air fryer basket and crisping tray thoroughly with hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely. The basket and crisping tray are dishwasher safe.
3. Wipe Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of space on all sides.
5. Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
2. Insert Basket: Slide the basket firmly into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
3. Power On: Plug the air fryer into a grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
4. Select Function: Use the digital control panel to select one of the 6 preset cooking options (Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Broil, Reheat, Dehydrate) or manually set the temperature and time.
5. Adjust Settings: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature (up to 400°F / 200°C) and cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
6. Start Cooking: Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the cooking cycle.
7. Shake/Flip (Optional): For best results, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking process. The air fryer will pause when the basket is removed and resume when reinserted.
8. Completion: The air fryer will automatically shut off and emit an audible tone when the cooking time is complete. Carefully remove the basket using the cool-touch handle.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your BELLA Air Fryer. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Cleaning the Air Fryer Basket and Crisping Tray:

• The air fryer basket and crisping tray feature EverGood™ Ceramic Nonstick Coating, making them easy to clean.
• Both components are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
• For hand washing, use hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid metal scouring pads or harsh detergents that could damage the nonstick coating.
• Ensure all food residues are removed.
• Dry thoroughly before reassembling or storing.

Cleaning the Main Unit:

• Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Clean the heating element area gently with a soft brush if necessary, ensuring the appliance is unplugged and cool.

Storage:

• Ensure the air fryer is clean and dry before storing.
• Utilize the cord wrap feature for neat storage.
• Store in a cool, dry place. The slim design allows for efficient storage in cabinets or on countertops.
