  • Call Bracelet: The bracelet should be worn by the individual who may need assistance, typically on the wrist.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Initiating an Emergency Call

To initiate an emergency call, simply press the large red button on the call button or the SOS button on the call bracelet. The signal will be sent wirelessly to the receiver unit.

5.2. Receiving an Alert

Upon receiving a signal from a transmitter, the receiver unit will:

  • Emit the selected ringtone.
  • Flash its LED indicator lights.

This dual alert system ensures that the call for help is noticed.

5.3. Adjusting Ringtone and Volume

The receiver unit has buttons on its side to adjust the ringtone and volume:

  • Use the Ringtone Selection Button (often indicated by a music note or similar icon) to cycle through the 55 available melodies.
  • Use the Volume Adjustment Buttons (often indicated by up/down arrows or speaker icons) to select one of the 5 volume levels, from mute (0 dB) to maximum (110 dB).

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Replacement

When the receiver indicates a low battery warning (silent sound and flashing LED), replace the 3 AAA batteries promptly. Refer to section 4.1 for battery installation steps.

Transmitter batteries (call button and bracelet) are long-lasting. If a transmitter stops working, first check its battery. Consult the manufacturer's guidelines for specific battery types and replacement procedures for transmitters, as they may not be user-replaceable or may require specialized tools.

6.2. Cleaning

Clean the units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the receiver unit in water. The transmitters are IP55 waterproof, meaning they are protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, but should not be submerged.
