3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your RORRY D14 Power Bank using the provided USB C-C cable and a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included). The LED indicators on the power bank will show the charging progress.
3.2 Attaching the Magnetic Ring (for non-MagSafe compatible devices)
If your device is not natively MagSafe compatible (e.g., certain Samsung Galaxy models), you can use the included magnetic metal ring to enable magnetic attachment. Simply tear off the paper backing and stick the metal ring to the outer side of your phone case, ensuring it is centered around the wireless charging coil area of your phone.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe)
Align the RORRY D14 Power Bank with the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12-16 series) or a phone case with a magnetic ring. The power bank will snap into place and begin wireless charging automatically. The LED indicators will illuminate to show the power bank's remaining charge.
4.2 Wired Charging (USB-C)
Connect your device to the power bank using the provided USB C-C cable or another compatible USB-C cable. The power bank supports 18W USB-C output for fast wired charging. This method is compatible with a wide range of devices, including iPhones, Samsung phones, Google phones, and more.
4.3 Simultaneous Charging
The RORRY D14 Power Bank supports simultaneous charging of two devices: one wirelessly and one via the USB-C port. This allows for efficient power delivery to multiple devices at once.
4.4 Checking Battery Level
Press the power button on the side of the power bank to view the current battery level indicated by the LED lights. Four lights typically indicate a full charge, with fewer lights indicating a lower charge.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
The RORRY D14 is coated with robust aluminum, making it anti-fingerprint and anti-scratch. To clean, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Temperature Control
Equipped with an industrial-leading NTC temperature control system, the power bank is designed to prevent overheating. It maintains a temperature close to body temperature during use, protecting both your device's battery and the power bank itself for long-term durability.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Power Bank Not Charging
- Ensure the USB C-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter.
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
- Verify the power adapter meets the required specifications.
6.2 Device Not Charging Wirelessly
- Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible or has the magnetic ring properly attached and aligned.
- Remove any thick or non-magnetic phone cases that might interfere with wireless charging.
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
6.3 Overheating During Use
