1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your COMNOVA Aluminum Running Boards. 2. Parts List

3. Setup & Installation

Installation is a direct bolt-on process, requiring no drilling. Each step bar is secured with 4 brackets.

1. Identify Mounting Points: Locate the factory mounting points on the underside of your vehicle's chassis. These are typically pre-threaded holes.
2. Attach Brackets: Secure the eight mounting brackets to the vehicle's frame using the provided hardware. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly (e.g., angled ends facing forward). Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage to allow for adjustment.
3. Position Running Boards: Carefully lift each step bar and align the sliders on the running board with the mounting holes on the brackets. The slider design allows for forward and backward adjustment to achieve your desired position.
4. Secure Running Boards: Once the step bars are aligned, insert the remaining hardware through the sliders and into the brackets.
5. Final Tightening: Adjust the running boards to your preferred position. Ensure they are level and securely in place. Then, fully tighten all bolts on the brackets and the step bars. Do not overtighten.

5. Maintenance
