3. Assembly and Setup

The BORGUSI Treadmill Model 5102 comes 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial setup.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the treadmill on a clear, level surface.
  2. Lift the console mast into the upright position.
  3. Secure the console mast using the provided screws and tools. Refer to the included user manual for specific screw locations and tightening instructions.
  4. Ensure all connections are secure and stable.

Using Preset Programs (P1-P15):

  • While the treadmill is stopped, press the PROGRAM button to cycle through the 15 preset programs.

Cleaning:

Lubrication:

  • Generally, lift the edge of the running belt and apply silicone lubricant directly onto the deck beneath the belt.

Belt Adjustment:
