4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Neckband

Before first use, fully charge your BE120 neckband. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the neckband and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status. A 10-minute charge provides approximately 10 hours of playback.

4.2. Powering On/Off

The BE120 features an AUTO Magnetic Switch Off function:

• To Power On: Separate the magnetic earbuds. The neckband will automatically power on.
• To Power Off: Attach the magnetic earbuds together. The neckband will automatically power off.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the neckband is powered on (separate the magnetic earbuds).
2. On your smartphone or device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
3. Look for "Blaupunkt BE120" in the list of available devices and select it to pair.
4. Once paired, the neckband will indicate a successful connection (e.g., an audible prompt or LED change).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Touch Controls

The BE120 features a multi-function touch panel for easy control:

• Play/Pause: Touch the multi-function pad once.
• Answer/Reject/End Calls: Tap the multi-function pad once to answer/end a call. Press and hold to reject a call.
• Next Song: Touch the multi-function pad thrice.
• Previous Song: Touch the multi-function pad twice.
• Volume Control: Volume is controlled directly from your connected phone.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function pad for 2 seconds.

5.2. Dynamic Gaming Mode

To switch between Music Mode and Gaming Mode, press and hold the touch button for 2 seconds. Gaming Mode offers low latency and a higher response rate for an optimized gaming experience.
