Product Overview

The Kqcibz EQ-819 is a multifunctional car audio equalizer designed to enhance your in-car sound experience. It features a graphic equalizer with variable gain adjustment, high-level speaker input, and a 6-channel front, rear, and subwoofer auxiliary stereo output. This unit also includes a unique karaoke function with microphone inputs and external sound input sensitivity adjustment.

Setup and Installation

1. Wiring Diagram:

Refer to the diagram below for correct wiring connections. The unit requires a DC12V power supply.

2. Power Connection:

• Connect the BATT terminal to a constant +12V power source (e.g., car battery positive terminal).
• Connect the GND terminal to a good chassis ground point.
• Connect the REM terminal to the remote turn-on lead from your head unit or ignition switch.

3. Audio Connections:

• Input: Connect the audio output from your car's head unit (main source) to the MAIN INPUT RCA jacks.
• AUX Input: For external audio sources, connect to the AUX INPUT RCA jacks.
• Outputs: Connect the FRONT OUTPUT, REAR OUTPUT, and SUB OUTPUT RCA jacks to the corresponding inputs on your external amplifiers.

1. Front Panel Controls:

• MAIN/AUX Switch: Selects between the main audio input and the auxiliary input.
• VOLUME: Adjusts the overall master volume level.
• FADER: Balances the audio output between the front and rear speakers.
• TREBLE: Adjusts the high-frequency audio range.
• MID: Adjusts the mid-range frequency audio.

• ECHO: Adjusts the echo effect for microphone inputs.

2. Subwoofer Adjustment:

The EQ-819 provides independent control over the subwoofer output, allowing you to fine-tune the bass response.

3. Karaoke Function:
