This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your SENIX X6 60 Volt Max* 21-Inch 3-in-1 Cordless Push Lawn Mower. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and keep it for future reference. Proper use and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your lawn mower.
Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when operating power equipment. Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or property damage.
- Read and understand all instructions before operating the mower.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear.
- Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the mowing area.
- Inspect the mowing area for objects that could be thrown by the blade before starting.
- Never operate the mower in wet conditions or on steep slopes where stability is compromised.
- Disconnect the battery before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when clearing blockages.
- Ensure all guards and safety devices are in place and functioning correctly.
Setup
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your SENIX X6 lawn mower for first use.
1. Unboxing and Component Identification
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present. The package includes the push lawn mower, side discharge chute, bagger, 6.0Ah Li-ion battery, and charger.

2. Handle Assembly
Unfold the handle and secure it in the operating position using the quick-release levers or knobs provided. Ensure the handle is firmly locked to prevent movement during operation.
3. Battery Installation and Charging
Before first use, fully charge the 6.0Ah Lithium-ion battery. The battery level during transportation is typically 30%-80% for compliance with shipping conditions. Insert the battery into the charger and connect the charger to a power outlet. The charger indicator lights will show the charging status. Once fully charged, insert the battery into the mower's battery compartment until it clicks into place.

4. Cutting System Setup (3-in-1 Versatility)
The SENIX X6 offers 3-in-1 cutting versatility: bagging, mulching, and side discharge. Select the desired mode before operation.
- Bagging: Attach the grass collection bag to the rear discharge opening. The 1.7-bushel bag is designed to hold a significant amount of clippings.
- Mulching: Ensure the mulching plug is securely inserted into the rear discharge opening. This mode finely cuts grass clippings and returns them to the lawn as natural fertilizer.
- Side Discharge: Open the side discharge cover and insert the side discharge chute. This directs clippings away from the mower to the side.

5. Height Adjustment
Adjust the cutting height using the single-point height adjustment lever. The mower offers 7 positions, ranging from 1.5 inches to 4 inches, allowing you to customize the cut for different grass types and conditions. Ensure the lever is securely locked in the desired position.

3. Smart Display and LED Lights
The integrated smart display provides real-time information on battery life and allows selection of different power modes (ECO, NORMAL, TURBO). The high-lumen LED lights enhance visibility for safer mowing in low-light conditions, such as early mornings or late evenings.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SENIX X6 lawn mower.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the mower deck and exterior with a damp cloth. Remove any grass clippings or debris from the blade area and vents. Do not use a pressure washer or immerse the mower in water.
- Blade Care: Periodically inspect the blade for sharpness and damage. A dull blade can tear grass, leading to an unhealthy lawn. If necessary, have the blade sharpened or replaced by a qualified service technician. Always disconnect the battery before handling the blade.
- Battery Care and Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 50% capacity. The Intelligent Power Management System optimizes battery cells for maximum power and runtime.
- General Inspection: Regularly check all fasteners, nuts, and bolts for tightness. Ensure wheels are free of debris and rotate smoothly.
