4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Camera

Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in 1000mAh lithium-polymer battery.

  1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the camera's USB port.
  2. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
  4. Charging typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

4.2. Inserting the MicroSD Card

The camera comes with a 32GB MicroSD card for storing digital photos and videos.

  1. Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Gently insert the MicroSD card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down, until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove the card, gently push it in again until it springs out.

4.3. Loading Printing Paper

The camera uses thermal printing paper for instant black-and-white photos.

  1. Open the paper compartment cover, usually located on the side or bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert a roll of thermal printing paper, ensuring the paper feeds out correctly.
  3. Close the paper compartment cover, leaving a small amount of paper protruding.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power Button for a few seconds to turn the camera on or off.

5.2. Taking Photos

  1. Turn on the camera. The screen will display the live view.
  2. Frame your shot using the 3.0-inch IPS screen.
  3. Press the Shutter Button to take a photo. The photo will be saved to the MicroSD card.

5.3. Recording Videos

  1. From the main screen, use the navigation buttons to switch to video mode.
  2. Press the Shutter Button to start recording. A recording indicator will appear on the screen.
  3. Press the Shutter Button again to stop recording. The video will be saved to the MicroSD card.

5.4. Instant Printing

After taking a photo, you can instantly print a black-and-white version.

  1. View a photo in playback mode.
  2. Press the Print Button. The camera will print the displayed photo.
