2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Wheels to Base: Insert the five Munfrost Silence Pro rollerblade-style wheels into the holes at the end of each leg of the metal star base. Push firmly until they click into place.

- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift piston into the center hole of the assembled star base. Cover the gas lift with the telescopic plastic cover.

- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Secure the mechanism plate to the underside of the seat base using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Fasten the 3D adjustable armrests to the sides of the seat base using the designated screws.
- Connect Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the seat base and secure it using the remaining screws. Ensure a firm connection.
- Place Assembled Top onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift piston. Apply gentle downward pressure to ensure it is seated properly.
- Install Headrest: Insert the FOAM headrest into the designated slot at the top of the backrest. Adjust to your preferred height.
5. Operating Instructions & Adjustments
The MUNFROST Nash Gaming Chair offers several adjustment features for personalized comfort.
5.1. Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height (range: 35cm - 50cm), locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while seated to lower the chair, or stand up and pull the lever upwards to raise the chair. Release the lever at the desired height.
5.2. Backrest Recline
The backrest can recline up to 145 degrees. Use the lever on the left side beneath the seat to unlock the recline mechanism. Lean back to the desired angle and push the lever downwards to lock it in place. To return to an upright position, pull the lever upwards and allow the backrest to return while applying slight forward pressure.
5.3. Lumbar Support Adjustment
The 'Munfrost Vertebral Arch Pro' lumbar support is adjustable. Locate the knob or lever on the back of the chair (as shown in Figure 4) to adjust the height and depth of the lumbar support to fit the curve of your lower back.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your chair.
- Cleaning: For the mesh backrest and seat, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the metal components, wipe with a dry cloth.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Wheel Care: Keep the rollerblade-style wheels clean from dust and debris to ensure smooth movement.
