Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective film.

2. Placement: Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 5 inches of space on all sides).

3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. The unit features an automatic self-cleaning function (see Maintenance section for details). For initial cleaning, it is recommended to run the self-cleaning cycle once with clean water and then drain the water.

4. Add Water: The Silonn SLIM31T offers two convenient ways to add water to its 3.0L water tank:

   • Manual Fill: Open the top lid and pour clean, potable water directly into the reservoir. Do not exceed the MAX water level indicator.
   • Water Bottle Connection: For continuous water supply, connect a standard water bottle (not included) to the designated port on top of the ice maker.

5. Power On: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to start the unit.

Operating Instructions

Once powered on and water is added, the ice maker will begin its ice production cycle.

Ice Production:

• The SLIM31T can produce 24 ice cubes in approximately 13 minutes.
• The daily ice output is impressive, reaching up to 44 lbs (20 kg).
• The ice cubes are crystal-clear, melt slowly, and are odor-free, ensuring minimal dilution of your beverages.

Controlling Ice Thickness:

You can customize the thickness of your ice cubes to suit your needs:

• Thin Ice: Approximately 11 minutes per cycle, ideal for blending smoothies.
• Medium Ice: Approximately 15 minutes per cycle, suitable for preserving food.
• Thick Ice: Approximately 20 minutes per cycle, perfect for chilling beverages.

Refer to the control panel on your unit for specific buttons to adjust ice thickness. Typically, a '+' or '-' button is used to cycle through the options.

Maintenance

Automatic Self-Cleaning:

The ice maker features a convenient 20-minute automatic cleaning cycle. This function helps maintain the purity of your ice cubes and extends the machine's lifespan.

1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
2. Press the 'CLEAN' button on the control panel to activate the self-cleaning cycle.
3. The machine will circulate water and clean its internal components.
4. Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit as per the instructions in the full user manual.

General Cleaning Tips:

• Regularly wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
