Package Contents
Before beginning assembly, verify that all components are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.
- 1x Stainless Steel Tabletop
- 1x Adjustable Undershelf
- 4x Table Legs (each leg consists of two tubes)
- 4x Universal Casters (2 with brakes)
- Assembly Hardware (screws, Allen wrench)
Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes approximately 25-30 minutes. A rubber mallet may be helpful for securing leg tubes. It is recommended to have a second person assist with attaching the undershelf.
Step 1: Prepare Components
Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify the tabletop, undershelf, leg tubes, casters, and hardware.

Step 2: Assemble the Legs
Each leg consists of two tubes. Carefully insert the narrower end of one tube into the wider end of another. You may need to use a rubber mallet to gently tap them together until they are securely joined. Repeat for all four legs.
Step 3: Attach Casters to Legs
Screw the universal casters into the bottom of each assembled leg. Ensure two casters with brakes are attached to one side of the table for stability. Tighten securely.

Step 4: Attach Legs to Tabletop
Carefully place the tabletop upside down on a soft, protected surface. Insert the top ends of the assembled legs into the corner sockets on the underside of the tabletop. Secure them using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure all screws are tightened evenly for stability.
Step 5: Install the Undershelf
Slide the undershelf onto the legs. The undershelf has three adjustable height positions, spaced at 3.15-inch intervals. Choose your desired height and secure the shelf to the legs using the provided hardware. It may be easier with two people to hold the shelf in place while securing it.

Step 6: Remove Protective Film
Carefully peel off the white protective film from the stainless steel tabletop and undershelf. Do this slowly to avoid leaving residue or damaging the surface. Some users find it easier to remove in one continuous piece.
Step 7: Final Check
Once assembled, gently rock the table to ensure all connections are secure and the table is stable. Adjust the feet (0-0.8 inches) if necessary to compensate for uneven surfaces. Lock the casters if the table is not intended for immediate movement.
Operating Instructions
Using the Adjustable Undershelf
The undershelf can be adjusted to three different heights, with each position spaced 3.15 inches apart. To adjust, loosen the securing hardware on each leg, reposition the shelf to the desired height, and then re-tighten all hardware securely. Ensure the shelf is level before placing items on it.
Utilizing the Casters
Your table is equipped with four universal casters for easy mobility, two of which include brakes. To move the table, unlock the casters by flipping the brake levers upwards. To secure the table in place, push the brake levers downwards until the wheels are locked. Always lock the casters when the table is stationary to prevent unintended movement.
Weight Capacity
The tabletop has a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs (approximately 181 kg). The undershelf has a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs (approximately 136 kg). Do not exceed these limits to maintain stability and prevent damage.

Please note that the product feature bullets state 400 lbs for the top shelf and 300 lbs for the undershelf. Adhere to the lower, more conservative weight limits for safety.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The KUARBARR stainless steel table is designed for easy maintenance.
- Regular Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a dry cloth after each use. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild detergent and water, then dry immediately to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as these can scratch the stainless steel finish.
- Corrosion Resistance: The #201 stainless steel material offers good corrosion resistance. However, prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or acidic substances should be avoided.
- Caster Maintenance: Periodically check casters for debris and ensure they roll smoothly. Lubricate if necessary.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Table is wobbly or unstable. | Uneven floor; loose leg connections; undershelf not secured. | Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the legs. Ensure all screws connecting legs to tabletop and undershelf are tightened. |
| Casters do not lock securely or wiggle when locked. | Brake mechanism not fully engaged; caster defect. | Ensure the brake lever is fully pushed down. Check for any debris obstructing the brake. If the issue persists, contact customer support for replacement casters. |
| Difficulty assembling leg tubes. | Tight fit. | Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the tubes together. Avoid excessive force. |
| Protective film difficult to remove. | Film adhered tightly. | Peel slowly and steadily. If it tears, try to get under an edge with a fingernail or plastic scraper. |
