Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from your coffee maker.
- Wash the carafe, carafe lid, single-serve pod adapter, reusable ground coffee filter, and drip tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a clean, damp cloth.
2. First Use Cycle
Before brewing coffee for the first time, it is recommended to run two full cycles with water only to clean the internal components.
- Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line (60oz).
- Place the empty carafe with its lid on the warming plate.
- Press the 'Carafe' button to start a brewing cycle. Allow the cycle to complete.
- Discard the water from the carafe.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for a second cleaning cycle.
Operating Instructions
Brewing a Carafe (6, 10, or 12 cups)
- Ensure the coffee maker is plugged into a standard electrical outlet.
- Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water to the desired level (6, 10, or 12 cups indicated on the reservoir).
- Insert the reusable ground coffee filter into the filter holder. Add your desired amount of ground coffee (approximately 1 tablespoon per cup for medium strength). Close the top lid.
- Place the empty carafe with its lid on the warming plate.
- Press the 'Carafe' button. The indicator light will illuminate, and brewing will begin.
- Once brewing is complete, the coffee maker will automatically keep the coffee warm for up to 2 hours.

Brewing a Single Serve Cup (8oz, 10oz, or 12oz)
- Ensure the coffee maker is plugged in.
- Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water to the desired single-serve level (8oz, 10oz, or 12oz).
- For K-Cup compatible pods: Insert the pod into the single-serve pod adapter.
- For ground coffee: Fill the reusable ground coffee filter with your desired amount of ground coffee and place it into the single-serve pod adapter.
- Close the top lid.
- Adjust the drip tray to accommodate your mug size (up to 7 inches tall).
- Press the 'Single | Over Ice' button. The indicator light for the selected size will illuminate, and brewing will begin.
- The coffee maker will automatically shut off after the single-serve brew cycle is complete.

Iced Coffee Function
To brew iced coffee, follow the single-serve brewing instructions, but ensure your mug is filled with ice before placing it on the drip tray. Use the 'Single | Over Ice' button and select your desired brew size. The press-and-hold function for brewing over ice is integrated into this button.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the coffee maker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the carafe, carafe lid, single-serve pod adapter, reusable ground coffee filter, and drip tray. Wash these parts in warm, soapy water or place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Descaling
Mineral deposits from water can build up in your coffee maker over time, affecting performance. The 'Clean' indicator light will illuminate when descaling is recommended.
- Prepare a descaling solution by mixing white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions.
