Setup

A full charge provides up to 30 hours of battery life with Active Noise Cancellation enabled. A 3-minute charge can provide up to 3 hours of playback.

3. Pair via Bluetooth: Turn on your Sonos Ace headphones. Open the Sonos app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your headphones. Alternatively, you can pair directly via your device's Bluetooth settings.
4. TV Audio Swap (Optional): If you own a compatible Sonos soundbar (Sonos Arc Ultra, Arc, Beam, or Ray), you can instantly swap TV audio to your Sonos Ace headphones for private listening. This feature is configured through the Sonos app.

Operating Instructions

Understand the various functions and controls of your Sonos Ace headphones:

• Content Key: Located on the right earcup, this multi-functional control allows you to slide it up or down to adjust volume. Press it to manage media playback (play/pause, skip tracks) and handle calls (answer/end).
• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Aware Mode: The Sonos Ace features world-class ANC to neutralize external sounds for maximum immersion. Use Aware Mode to allow ambient sounds to pass through, keeping you connected to your surroundings. Toggle between these modes using the dedicated button on the earcup.
• Spatial Audio & Dolby Atmos: Experience an industry-leading Dolby Atmos experience with dynamic head tracking, providing a three-dimensional soundstage.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the headphones. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sprays. The earcups are made of plush memory foam and soft vegan leather, while the main body is polycarbonate (PC). The carrying case is made of fabric.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in their protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To maximize battery lifespan, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge them to about 50% before storage.
• Water Resistance: The Sonos Ace headphones are not water resistant. Avoid exposure to liquids, moisture, or high humidity.
