Setup
Initial Power On and Pairing
To begin using your HONOR Choice D4 Smart Watch, follow these steps to power it on and pair it with your smartphone:
- Initiate Watch and QR Code Display: When the watch is powered on, it will display a QR code for pairing. If not connected within 5 minutes, it will shut down to conserve power. Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds to turn it back on.
- Download "HONOR Health" App: Search for "HONOR Health" on your phone's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), or scan the QR code displayed on the watch using your phone's browser to download and install the app.
- Pairing on Android/iOS Device:
- Access your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Locate the corresponding device name and click on pairing.
- Open the "HONOR Health" App on your phone.
- Go to the device management and add a new device or scan by QR code.

Maintenance
Charging
The HONOR Choice D4 Smart Watch offers up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge. Use the provided magnetic charging cable to charge the device. Connect the magnetic end to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and the USB end to a power source.
Water Resistance (IP68)
The watch is IP68-rated for water and dust resistance. This means it can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for everyday use, including hand washing, rain, and shallow water activities like swimming. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or deep diving.
