General Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical tools to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Work Area Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use hearing protection when operating the tool for extended periods. Dress properly; do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Disconnect the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
- Battery Pack Safety: Only use the charger specified by the manufacturer. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off and Speed Control
- Trigger Switch: Squeeze the trigger to start the tool. Releasing the trigger will stop the tool. The tool features a variable speed trigger; the further you depress the trigger, the faster the tool will operate.
- Direction Selector: Located near the trigger, this switch controls the direction of rotation (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening). Ensure the switch is fully engaged in the desired direction before operating. A center position typically locks the trigger for safety during transport or storage.
- Speed Settings: The impact wrench offers multiple no-load speed settings: 0-1200rpm, 0-1800rpm, and 0-2200rpm. Adjust the speed according to the application and material. Higher speeds are generally for faster work, while lower speeds provide more control.
- Integrated LED Work Light: The LED light illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit conditions.
Fastening and Loosening
- Ensure the correct socket is attached and the battery is fully charged.
- For fastening, set the direction selector to forward (clockwise rotation). For loosening, set it to reverse (counter-clockwise rotation).
- Place the socket firmly onto the fastener (nut or bolt head).
- Depress the trigger to start the tool. Apply steady pressure to keep the socket engaged with the fastener. The tool will apply impacts to tighten or loosen the fastener.
- The tool provides a fastening torque of 500Nm and a nut-busting torque of 650Nm. Do not overtighten fasteners; refer to the fastener manufacturer's specifications for proper torque values.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the tool's ventilation openings to prevent overheating. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care: Store battery packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store battery packs in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically if not in use.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the tool for any signs of damage, loose parts, or wear. Check the square drive for any deformation.
- Storage: When not in use, store the impact wrench, battery packs, and charger in the provided carrying case in a secure, dry location out of reach of children.
