- Press the power button to turn on the scale.
- Select your desired unit of measurement using the unit button.
- If using a container, place it on the scale and press the tare button.
- Carefully place the item(s) to be weighed onto the center of the weighing surface.
- Read the stable weight displayed on the screen.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the scale with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. The tempered glass surface and thermoplastic resin body are easy to clean.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the scale when the low battery indicator appears. Store the scale in a cool, dry place if not used for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Scale not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB-C cable and charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the scale is on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing it near vibrating appliances or in drafts. Recalibrate by turning the scale off and on. Ensure the tare function is used correctly if weighing in a container.
- Display shows 'Err': This may indicate an overload. Remove items from the scale immediately. The maximum weight capacity is 5 kg.
- Display is dim or flickering: The battery may be low. Recharge the scale using the USB-C cable.
