1. Introduction

This user manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Lepro LED Flashlight and Headlamp Bundle. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the products and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

To ensure safe operation, please observe the following precautions:

  • Do not look directly into the LED light beam to avoid eye injury.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the devices. This may void the warranty and pose a safety risk.
  • Use only specified batteries (3x AAA for flashlight) and charging cables (Type-C for headlamp).
  • Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • If the devices are not used for an extended period, remove batteries from the flashlight and ensure the headlamp is fully charged before storage.

4. Setup

4.1. Lepro LED Flashlight Setup

  1. Insert Batteries: Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight. Insert three (3) AAA batteries into the battery holder, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Place the battery holder into the flashlight body and screw the tail cap back on securely.

4.2. Lepro PR320019-2 Headlamp Setup

  1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. Connect the supplied USB Type-C charging cable to the headlamp's charging port and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged). A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
  2. Adjust Headband: Adjust the elastic headband to fit comfortably and securely around your head.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Lepro LED Flashlight Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the button on the tail cap to turn the flashlight on or off.
  • Change Brightness: With the flashlight on, lightly press the tail cap button (without clicking) to cycle through different brightness modes (e.g., High, Low, Strobe). A full click will turn it off.
  • Adjust Focus (Zoom): Slide the head of the flashlight forward or backward to adjust the beam from a wide floodlight to a focused spotlight.

5.2. Lepro PR320019-2 Headlamp Operation

  • Power On/Off & Mode Selection: Press the power button to cycle through the 6 lighting modes:
    1. COB Flood Light High (350 lumens)
    2. COB Flood Light Low (110 lumens)
    3. Spotlight High (150 lumens)
    4. Spotlight Low (60 lumens)
    5. Motion Sensor Mode (COB Flood Light)
    6. Off
  • Motion Sensor Activation: While in any COB Flood Light mode, press the dedicated motion sensor button to activate the motion sensor function. In this mode, you can wave your hand in front of the sensor to turn the COB light on or off without pressing the power button. Press the motion sensor button again to deactivate it.
  • Adjust Spotlight Angle: The spotlight can be manually adjusted up to 30 degrees to direct the beam as needed.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the devices with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement (Flashlight): Replace AAA batteries when the light dims significantly. Always replace all three batteries at the same time with new ones.
  • Charging (Headlamp): Recharge the headlamp when the light output decreases. Avoid fully depleting the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
  • Storage: Store the devices in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage, remove batteries from the flashlight and ensure the headlamp is partially charged (around 50%) to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Batteries are dead or inserted incorrectly.

Headlamp does not turn on or has low brightness.

Motion sensor not responding.
  • Motion sensor mode is not activated.

  • Press the motion sensor button to activate the mode.
  • Ensure nothing is blocking the sensor.
