Setup: Installation Guide
Careful installation is key to achieving optimal protection and clarity. Please follow these steps precisely.
- Prepare Your Device: Ensure your Anytone AT-708 device is powered off. Use the included microfiber cloth to thoroughly clean the screen surface, removing all dust, fingerprints, and smudges. For stubborn marks, a screen cleaning solution can be used, followed by drying with the cloth.
- Dust Removal: Use the provided dust removal sticker to dab the screen surface, picking up any remaining dust particles. Inspect the screen under good lighting to ensure it is completely free of debris.
- Align the Protector: Carefully peel back a small portion of the protective film labeled "Step 1" or "Back" from one end of the screen protector. Align the exposed edge of the screen protector with the corresponding edge of your device's screen. Pay close attention to cutouts for speakers, cameras, or buttons.
- Apply the Protector: Once aligned, slowly and steadily peel back the rest of the protective film while simultaneously lowering the screen protector onto the device's screen. Use a squeegee tool (if provided) or a credit card wrapped in the microfiber cloth to gently press down and smooth out the protector from the aligned edge towards the opposite end, pushing out any air bubbles.
- Remove Top Film: Once the screen protector is fully adhered and free of large bubbles, carefully peel off the top protective film labeled "Step 2" or "Front".
- Final Touches: Use the microfiber cloth to gently wipe down the newly installed screen protector, removing any remaining small bubbles by pushing them towards the edges. Small bubbles may disappear on their own within 24-48 hours.

Once installed, the BoxWave ClearTouch Crystal ToughShield 9H Screen Protector functions passively to protect your Anytone AT-708's display. Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your screen protector, follow these simple maintenance tips:
- Cleaning: Wipe the screen protector regularly with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, such as the microfiber cloth provided. For smudges or fingerprints, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Avoid Sharp Objects: While the ToughShield 9H offers strong scratch resistance, extreme pressure from very sharp objects can still cause damage.
- Temperature Exposure: Avoid exposing your device and screen protector to extreme temperatures, as this can affect the adhesive or material integrity over time.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Bubbles After Installation:
Small Bubbles: Many small bubbles will naturally dissipate within 24-48 hours as the adhesive fully cures. Gently push them towards the edges with a soft cloth or squeegee.
Large Bubbles/Dust Trapped: If large bubbles persist or you see dust trapped underneath, it may be necessary to carefully lift the nearest edge of the protector, remove the dust with a dust removal sticker, and reapply that section. Be cautious not to touch the adhesive side.
- Misalignment: If the protector is significantly misaligned, gently lift it from one corner and carefully re-position it. If the adhesive has fully set, it might be difficult to reposition without damaging the protector or introducing dust.
- Edges Not Sticking: Ensure the screen edges were thoroughly cleaned and free of oil or residue. Press down firmly on the edges for a few moments. If the issue persists, the protector may need to be replaced.
