1. Product Overview

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the back cover of the device.
2. Insert the 2100mAh Li-Po battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
3. Replace the back cover.

3.2. SIM Card Installation and Configuration

This device supports Micro-SIM cards (15 x 12 mm). It is compatible with SIM cards from various operators including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Lycamobile, H2O Wireless, Cricket Wireless, and Mint Mobile.

1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Open the back cover and locate the SIM card slot.
3. Insert your activated Micro-SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly.
4. Replace the back cover.
5. Important: Before inserting, ensure that the SIM card PIN code is disabled. This must be done using another device (e.g., a smartphone) if your SIM card has a PIN enabled.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) for a few seconds until the LCD screen lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.

The device can support connection for up to 10 devices simultaneously, providing a WiFi hotspot for users within a 50m range.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. No Internet Connection / SIM Card Not Detected

• SIM Card PIN: Ensure the SIM card PIN code has been disabled. If your SIM card has a PIN, it must be disabled using another device (e.g., a smartphone) before inserting it into the hotspot.
• APN Settings: Verify that the Access Point Name (APN) settings are correctly configured for your SIM card provider. This is a critical step for proper functionality. Consult your carrier for the correct APN.
• SIM Card Activation: Ensure your SIM card is activated and has an active data plan.
• SIM Card Type: Confirm you are using a Micro-SIM card.
• Unsupported Services: This device does not support roaming service, virtual SIM cards, or IoT SIM cards. Ensure your SIM card is a standard mobile data SIM.
• Reinsert SIM: Power off the device, remove the SIM card, and reinsert it firmly.
• Restart Device: Power off and then power on the hotspot device.

6.2. Cannot Connect Devices to Hotspot

• Hotspot On: Ensure the hotspot device is powered on and broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal.
