2. What's in the Box
Upon opening your AGM PAD P2 package, you should find the following items:

3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Power On
- Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the AGM logo appears on the screen.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
3.2 Charging the Tablet
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your tablet.
- Connect the USB cable to the tablet's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to the provided Power Adapter.
- Plug the Power Adapter into a wall outlet.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

3.3 Inserting SIM/MicroSD Card
The tablet supports dual SIM cards and expandable storage via a MicroSD card up to 2TB.
- Locate the SIM/MicroSD card tray on the side of the tablet.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
- Carefully place the SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots.
- Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Display and Navigation
The AGM PAD P2 features an 11-inch Full HD IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 480 nits brightness for clear visuals and smooth interaction.
- Touch Gestures: Navigate the Android 14 interface using standard touch gestures like tap, swipe, pinch-to-zoom.
- Brightness Adjustment: Adjust screen brightness from the Quick Settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen.

4.2 Multimedia and Streaming
With Widevine L1 certification and quad stereo speakers, the tablet is optimized for high-quality media consumption.
- Streaming: Enjoy high-definition content from platforms like Netflix, Hulu Plus, Prime Video, and HBO Max.
- Audio: The quad box stereo speakers provide an immersive audio experience.

4.3 Camera Functions

4.4 Connectivity and Navigation

- OTG Support: Connect external devices like keyboards, mice, or flash drives using an OTG adapter (sold separately).

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Tablet
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or finish.
5.2 Software Updates
Regularly check for and install software updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Go to Settings > System & updates > Check for updates.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
5.3 Battery Care
- Avoid exposing the tablet to extreme temperatures.
- Use only the provided charger and cable for optimal battery health.
- For long-term storage, charge the battery to about 50% and power off the device.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Tablet Not Turning On
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the tablet to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on.
- Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to perform a forced restart.
6.2 Screen Unresponsive
- Perform a forced restart (see 6.1).
- If the issue persists, consider a factory reset (data will be erased, back up important files).
6.3 Connectivity Issues (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth)
- Toggle Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off and on from the Quick Settings panel or Settings app.
- Restart your router or Bluetooth device.
- Forget the network/device in settings and reconnect.
6.4 Charging Problems
- Ensure the charging cable and adapter are securely connected.
- Try using a different compatible USB-C cable and power adapter.
- Check the charging port for any debris or damage.
