2. Safety Information
- Maximum Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 300 pounds (136 kg). Exceeding this limit may cause damage to the chair or personal injury.

4. Setup (Assembly Instructions)
Assembly of the HLDIRECT Gaming Chair is designed to be straightforward, typically taking less than 30 minutes for one person. Necessary installation tools are included in the package.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five caster wheels into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the 5-star base.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right).
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat cushion assembly using the designated screws. The sturdy one-piece alloy frame and upgraded steel plates ensure stability.
- Mount Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is firmly seated.
- Attach Footrest: Slide the footrest assembly into the designated slots beneath the seat cushion.
- Attach Cushions: The neck cushion and lumbar support cushion attach via adjustable clips on the back of the chair. Adjust their position for optimal ergonomic support.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Height Adjustment
Locate the lever on the right side, underneath the seat cushion. Pull this lever upwards to adjust the chair's height. Release the lever at your desired height. The 4-inch adjustable height allows for personalized seating.
5.2. Recline and Rocking Function
The lever on the left side, underneath the seat cushion, controls the recline and rocking function. Pull this lever outwards to unlock the rocking mechanism, allowing the chair to recline between 90 and 135 degrees. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in your preferred reclined position.

5.3. Lumbar Massage Function
The lumbar support cushion features a built-in massage function. Connect the USB cable from the lumbar cushion to a power source (e.g., USB port on a computer or a USB wall adapter) to activate the massage. This feature helps relieve long-sitting fatigue.

5.4. Retractable Footrest
To use the footrest, pull the assembly outwards from underneath the seat cushion. Then, flip the padded cushion over to create a comfortable resting surface for your feet. To retract, flip the cushion back and push the assembly inwards until it is fully stored.
5.5. Armrests
The armrests are designed for comfort and support, linked to the chair's recline mechanism. They are fixed in position and do not offer independent adjustment.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
The chair features a skin-friendly soft PU leather surface that is resistant to friction, peeling, and stains. For general cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the material.
6.2. Inspection
Periodically inspect all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain the chair's stability and safety. The triangularly distributed fixing screws enhance backrest stability.
6.3. Caster Wheels
The Shore hardness 65 silent casters are designed for smooth, 360-degree swivel movement with minimal noise. Keep the wheels free of debris (hair, dust, etc.) to ensure optimal performance. Clean them regularly with a soft brush or cloth.
7. Troubleshooting
- Chair is Wobbly: Ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened. Check the connection between the gas lift and the base/seat.
- Height Adjustment Not Working: Verify that the gas lift lever is fully engaged and not stuck. Ensure the gas lift is properly inserted into the base and seat mechanism.
- Recline Function Not Working: Check that the recline lever is fully engaged or disengaged as desired. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the backrest from moving.
- Footrest Not Extending/Retracting Smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the sliding mechanism. Ensure the footrest is aligned correctly.
- Massage Function Not Working: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to a working power source. Try a different USB port or adapter.
