Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your NaTiddy 6-inch cordless mini chainsaw, model GB-CS2401-Blue. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.
Important Safety Instructions
Always prioritize safety when operating power tools. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear safety goggles and cut-resistant gloves during operation. Additional protective gear such as ear protection and sturdy footwear is recommended.
- Prevent Accidental Starts: The chainsaw requires simultaneous pressing of the security lock and start button to operate. Ensure this mechanism is functioning correctly before each use.
- Guard Against Debris: The safety baffle and hand guard are designed to prevent wood chips and debris from splashing towards the user. Do not operate the chainsaw if these components are damaged or missing.
- Maintain a Secure Grip: Always hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands during operation.
- Work Area: Ensure your work area is clear of obstructions and bystanders. Do not operate in wet conditions or near flammable liquids or gases.
- Battery Safety: Use only the provided batteries and charger. Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures or moisture. Fully charge batteries before storing for extended periods.
- Chain Maintenance: Ensure the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated before and during use. A dull or improperly tensioned chain can increase the risk of kickback.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to prepare your mini chainsaw for use:
- Install Chain and Guide Bar: If not already pre-installed, attach the chain to the guide bar, ensuring the cutting teeth face the correct direction. Then, mount the guide bar and chain onto the chainsaw body.
- Adjust Chain Tension: Rotate the side cover knob to loosen the cover. Tighten the top screw to adjust the chain tension. The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled slightly away from the guide bar (approximately 13mm distance). Once tension is correct, tighten the side cover knob clockwise to secure.
- Fill Auto Oiler Tank: Locate the oil reservoir cap. Pour appropriate chain lubricant (Max 30ml) into the tank. The automatic oiler system will lubricate the chain during operation.
- Charge and Insert Battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged using the provided quick charger. Insert a charged 21V 2000mAh battery into the battery slot on the chainsaw handle until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions
Once assembled and with a charged battery, your NaTiddy mini chainsaw is ready for use. Always wear safety goggles and gloves.
- Starting the Chainsaw: To start, simultaneously press the security lock button and the trigger switch. Release the security lock button once the chainsaw starts.
- Stopping the Chainsaw: Release the trigger switch to stop the chainsaw.
- Cutting Technique:
- Hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands.
- Position the chainsaw against the material to be cut.
- Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the saw. Allow the chain to do the work.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your chainsaw.
- Chain Lubrication: Regularly check the oil level in the auto oiler tank and refill as needed with appropriate chain lubricant. Proper lubrication is crucial for chain longevity and cutting efficiency.
- Chain Sharpening/Replacement: A dull chain reduces cutting performance and increases strain on the motor. Sharpen or replace the chain as necessary.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the chainsaw body, guide bar, and chain to remove sawdust and debris. Ensure the battery contacts are clean and dry.
- Battery Storage: For extended periods of non-use, fully charge the batteries before storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all components for wear, damage, or loose fasteners. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
