1. Introduction

The Kuulaa 10000mAh Magsafe Battery Pack is a compact and powerful portable charger designed to provide convenient power on the go. Featuring a slim profile and strong magnetic attachment, it offers both wireless (MagSafe compatible) and wired (USB-C PD 20W) charging capabilities for a wide range of devices, including iPhone 15/14/13/12 series and other compatible smartphones.

Its 10000mAh capacity ensures extended battery life for your devices, making it an ideal companion for travel, work, or daily use. The pass-through charging feature allows you to charge both the power bank and your device simultaneously.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your Kuulaa 10000mAh Magsafe Battery Pack. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank and plug the USB-A end into a compatible power adapter (not included). The LED indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show charging progress.

3.2 Attaching to Your Device (Magnetic)

For magnetic wireless charging, align the power bank with the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or newer). The strong magnets will snap the power bank securely into place. Ensure your iPhone has a MagSafe-compatible case or no case for optimal magnetic connection.

The power bank is designed to be ultra-slim, making it convenient to carry even when attached to your phone.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible)

Once magnetically attached to your compatible iPhone, the power bank will automatically begin wireless charging. The wireless charging indicator light on the power bank will illuminate. To stop wireless charging, simply detach the power bank from your device.

4.2 Wired Charging (USB-C Output)

To charge devices via wired connection, use a USB-C to USB-C cable (or the provided USB-A to USB-C cable with an appropriate adapter) and connect your device to the USB-C port on the power bank. The power bank supports up to 20W Power Delivery (PD) for fast charging compatible devices.

4.3 Simultaneous Wired & Wireless Charging (Pass-through)

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge both the power bank itself and a connected device simultaneously. Connect the power bank to a power source via its USB-C input, and then attach your iPhone for wireless charging or connect another device via the USB-C output.

4.4 Battery Indicator Lights

The power bank features LED indicator lights to show the remaining battery level. Typically, each light represents approximately 25% of the battery capacity. Press the power button briefly to check the current battery level.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts, as this may damage internal components.
• Water Exposure: This device is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and high humidity.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter.
• Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and the power outlet is active.
• Try using a different USB-C cable or power adapter.

6.2 Device Not Charging Wirelessly

• Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer).
• Check that the power bank is properly aligned with the charging coil on your device.
• Remove any non-MagSafe compatible cases from your phone that might interfere with magnetic connection or wireless charging.
• Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.

6.3 Device Not Charging Via USB-C

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
• Try using a different USB-C cable.
• Verify that your device's charging port is clean and free of debris.

6.4 Magnetic Connection is Weak

• Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible.
• If using a case, ensure it is a MagSafe-compatible case. Standard cases may weaken the magnetic connection.
• Clean the magnetic surfaces on both the power bank and your device/case.
