6.1 Filter Cleaning and Replacement

  1. True HEPA Filter: Under normal continuous use, the True HEPA filter should be cleaned every 6-12 months (approximately 4,320 hours), or more frequently depending on air quality.
  2. Coconut Carbon Pre-filter: The coconut carbon pre-filter is cleanable. Clean it every 3 months using a brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. Do not immerse filters in water.
  3. Filter Indicator: The Filter Cleaning Indicator light will signal when maintenance is due. After cleaning/replacing, reset the indicator by pressing and holding the Filter button for 3 seconds.
