Familiarize yourself with the components of your portable tire inflator:

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Inflator

Before first use, fully charge the inflator's internal 6000mAh Lithium Ion battery. A full charge allows inflation of up to four 195/55/R15 car tires (0-36psi).

  1. Connect the charging cable to the inflator's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a 120V power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, car charger, or power bank).
  3. The digital display will indicate charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change.

5.2 Attaching the Inflation Hose

  1. Screw the inflation hose securely onto the inflation port of the inflator.
  2. Select the appropriate adapter (e.g., needle for balls, Presta for certain bike tires) and attach it to the other end of the inflation hose if needed.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • Press and hold the Power button to turn the inflator ON.
  • Press and hold the Power button again to turn the inflator OFF.

6.2 Selecting Inflation Mode

The inflator features 4 preset inflation modes:

  • Bicycle Mode: For bicycle tires.
  • Motorcycle Mode: For motorcycle tires.
  • Car Mode: For car tires.
  • Ball Mode: For sports balls.

Press the Mode button to cycle through the available modes. Each mode has a default preset pressure, which can be adjusted.

6.3 Adjusting Target Pressure

  • After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the target pressure.
  • The display will show the target pressure.

6.4 Changing Pressure Units

The inflator supports PSI, kPa, BAR, and KG/CM² units. Press the Unit button to cycle through these units. The accuracy is within ±0.5 psi.

6.5 Starting and Stopping Inflation

  1. Connect the inflation hose to the item to be inflated. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage.
  2. Press the Start/Stop button to begin inflation. The inflator will automatically stop when the target pressure is reached.
  3. To manually stop inflation at any time, press the Start/Stop button again.

6.6 Using the LED Light

The inflator is equipped with a super-bright LED light with 3 modes. Press the Light button to cycle through the light modes. This feature is useful for nighttime inflation or as an emergency light.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the inflator with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the inflator in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) before long-term storage to preserve battery life. The battery can stay on standby for over 365 days.
  • Battery Care: Recharge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its health. Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Hose and Adapters: Inspect the inflation hose and adapters for any signs of wear or damage before each use. Replace if necessary.
