3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Battery Installation
- Keyboard: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Open the cover and insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
- Mouse: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse. Open the cover. The USB receiver is stored here. Remove the USB receiver if you plan to use 2.4GHz wireless. Insert one AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
3.2 Connecting via 2.4GHz USB Receiver
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- The keyboard and mouse should automatically connect. If not, ensure the devices are powered on.
3.3 Connecting via Bluetooth
The Rapoo 9010M supports Bluetooth 5.0 and 4.0 connectivity for up to three devices.
- Keyboard:
- Turn on the keyboard.
- Press and hold the Fn + 1, Fn + 2, or Fn + 3 key combination for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode for the desired channel. The indicator light above the corresponding number will flash slowly.
- On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "RAPOO BT3.0 Keyboard" or "RAPOO BLE Keyboard" from the list. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.
- Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid for a few seconds before turning off.
- Mouse:
- Turn on the mouse.
- Press the Bluetooth button on the underside of the mouse to cycle through Bluetooth channels (BT1, BT2). The indicator light will flash slowly.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "RAPOO BT3.0 Mouse" or "RAPOO BLE Mouse" from the list. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.
- Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Switching Between Connected Devices
The keyboard and mouse can be connected to up to four devices simultaneously (one via 2.4GHz USB receiver, three via Bluetooth).
- Keyboard: Press Fn + 1, Fn + 2, Fn + 3 (for Bluetooth devices) or Fn + 4 (for 2.4GHz USB receiver) to switch between connected devices. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate briefly.
- Mouse: Press the Bluetooth button on the underside of the mouse to cycle between BT1, BT2, and 2.4GHz modes.
4.2 Adjusting Mouse DPI
The mouse features adjustable DPI settings for varying cursor speeds and precision.
- Press the DPI button located on the top of the mouse (usually behind the scroll wheel) to cycle through available DPI settings: 800, 1000, 1200, 1600, and 2400.
- The cursor speed will change with each press, allowing you to select your preferred sensitivity.

6. Troubleshooting
- Device not connecting:
- Ensure batteries are correctly installed and charged.

- For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the correct Bluetooth channel is selected on the keyboard/mouse and that your device's Bluetooth is enabled and in pairing mode. Try re-pairing the device.
- Move the devices closer to the receiver/host device to rule out range issues.
- Lagging or intermittent connection:

- Mouse cursor erratic or not moving:
